NAUTILUS MIDDLE SCHOOL HOLDS FLAGPOLE
DEDICATION CEREMONY

Public School Honors Ocean Bank

Miami, FL –May 9, 2005—When Nautilus Middle School needed a new flag pole they contacted Ocean Bank’s Miami Beach Branch Manager, Eva Barreto with their special request. Thanks to the Bank’s generosity, the school will be hosting a flag pole dedication ceremony on Tuesday, May 10th at 9:00 at Nautilus Middle School located at 4301 North Michigan Avenue in Miami Beach. Ocean Bank will be honored during the event.

"When Nautilus Middle School approached us with their request, we knew that we couldn’t say no," said Barreto. "As a local institution, Ocean Bank is consistently involved in projects that benefit our community, especially our youth."

Local VIPs attending the flagpole ceremony include Wali Jones of the Miami Heat, Tony Perez of the Florida Marlins, State Representative Dan Gelber and Dr. Martin Karp, School Board Member.
